Solved 3CX Report Time Format DD/MM/YYYY

Hi Folks,
Looking for some help to set my 3CX system so that the report date on the call log/history is in the format DD/MM/YYYY, essentially following my region of AU.


My setup is an on-premise system, running on RaspberryPi4.
I've set my locale for Raspbian to en_AU.UTF-8 at set up of the Raspberry Pi.
I've since checked this via the locale and locale -a commands

Using the 3CX local terminal, i checked date format there too


So, what have i missed? i'm assuming that the date format in the Call Log should follow regional format.
What else can i try?

Hi @BTM,

In the Management Console, change the language to English UK and it'll switch the format.

Thank you, simple and it worked.
Hadnt even considered that option at logon.
So, is there a way to make the UK selection my default?

Hi @BTM,

The setting is stored in the local storage of the browser, meaning that it should remember the setting when navigating back to the same page again. If you use the same browser, you shouldn't have it resetting back to English (US).

Thanks, yes use the same browser for accessing the 3CX, fixed, had the cookie settings too aggressive so the wasn't saving those details. All sorted thanks.

PS how do o mark this as 'complete'??
