3cx sbc alternatives

We are using different self host providers to host 3cx in the cloud. But the 3cx SBC software on a windows machine locally is not working out. The windows pcs get rebooted or power issues.

What other solutions can be used on premise where all the phones are. and do you have instruction how to set them up.
Im thinking about a patton appliance sbc or similar.

(We tried and still use stun for some, but bigger customers with lotsa phones, the stun resources is not carrying the traffic properly)

Use the SBC via Linux, put a UPS and make sure the BIOS of the machine is set to turn on on power loss.

Linux in a VM, Raspberry Pi if small enough, or a small PC as ConceptsWeb implies. Basically one just needs the URL and key ID.

Actually using a Raspberry Pi as SBC is the way to go. Cheap and reliable. Easy to set up.
I won't stick on installing SBC on a windows machine even if it is technically possible.

Using Raspberry Pi 4 here at various customer installations. They just work from day one and can be maintained through 3cx admin console.
