3CX SBC

Hi,
I have 3CX Server on the cloud and about 15 ip phone in my office so do i need to connect through 3CX SBC?

Yes, this would be recommended as it will keep the media streams local, which reduces the amount of internet bandwidth that local calls between phones use. Check this for more info on SBC https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-tunnel-session-border-controller/

If they are Supported/Preferred phones (Yealink, snom, Htek, Fanvil) then it would be the best method:
https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

Windows - 50 handsets.
Linux - 50 handsets.
Raspberry Pi - 20 handsets.

Also on top of what mariosM has said you have use of the 3CX Tunnel for security and added encryption if you would like to enable this as well.

As above, another option is to setup site to site vpn, then you configure the phones as local
