Hi Nick,
I don't really understand why there is a limitation of DIDs in the 3CX-SMB, it makes no sense at all.

Let's say I set up 10 extensions in a system and each extension gets its own DID, then no queue, ring-group or ivr can be assigned a DID.

Furthermore it makes no sense to limit the SMB-20 to 10 DIDs, then you can't even assign each extension its own DID.

Hi Ingo, There is no such limitation. The FREE version can support only 1 DID but the SMB paid version you can have as many DIDs as you like. You can have only 1 trunk though at present although this will change in the next version of 3CX

I really would just stop making license changes as its causing havoc

And make it so you can change the ringtone on the softphone Desktop ETC
