3CX SMB V20 - Small Biz Comms At No Cost

More details to my questions:
Actually, we own a 3cx Pro license (perpetual) with 8 channels and pay maintenance any year.
Our server is hosted at Peoplefone in Switzerland (Linux machine) - we pay for the hosting.
Further we two single phone numbers and a block with 10 numbers we pay for (provided by Peoplefone).
Further, we have 3 SIP trunks in place (provided by Peoplefone).
I have console access to the 3cx and do the administration.
So.. we have a fully configured productive working environment at peoplefone.
1.) Can the existing configuration be overtaken 1:1 (without the need for a new configuration)?
2.) Would I be able to configure the SMB V20 myself (e.g. add a new phone / user / extension / trunk)?
3.) Is there a support - at least for the migration?
4.) What about our 3cx Pro license (we don't would need it anymore and also don't have to pay maintenance)?
5.) How to take over the actual phone numbers and trunks (at least we have to take over the phone numbers?

Hi Fredy - In your case I believe it makes sense to stay with the current setup and working with Peoplefone.....

Could we have further clarification on what is meant by "Inbuilt SBC for Offsite Phones" please?

This implies that an offsite phone is able to connect to a remote SBC that is built into the 3CX instance instead of requiring an on-site SBC or Router Phone.

We only ever use 3CX Hosted.

The SBC is built in to some models of phones. This is specifically for the router phones.

The SBC's job is to establish a secure tunnel connection to the PBX from a remote network. Having it on the 3CX server is utterly and entirely pointless and defeats the purpose of establishing that secure connection.
