3CX Softphone vs X-Lite Softphone

I am using Mac.

I am able to use X-Lite Softphone to connect to 3CX (register and all OK) but was unable to do so with 3CX Softphone for mac.

It kept saying "Connecting to Office" and status remains as "Not Connected". I use the same login information as in X-Lite.

Why is that?

Ok, I got it to connect. But now whenever I press the CALL button, the app crash..

The crashdump you pasted is only a fragment which, unfortunately, is completely useless. Basically, the full crashdump and 3CXPhone's logs are required. If you cannot open a ticket to our tech support, please send me by PM an eMail address then I will send you also an updated version of the 3CXPhone.
