3CX Supplied FQDN

I have now received the licence for my paid version of V15.

I have uninstalled the free version.

Trying to install V15 using my paid key - when it wants the FQDN I have a problem:

a) If I use the one supplied by 3CX (we have a dynamic IP address) then it asks me where to find the certificate (I have not a clue)

b) If I tell it to give me a new one it tells me the name is already in use.

So how do I use the FQDN already generated with the correct IP details etc. (I don't really want to use a different one)

I see that basically it can not be done and I will have to choose a different FQDN

Oh well, such is life
