Solved 3cx supplied SSL renewal issue

The supplied certificate was renewing for the last few years but suddenly now not. Tried several restarts to no avail which has worked for others. It is 15 days now. I recently renewed maintenance but no other changes. I cant work out the problem. There are no TXT records for my domain. The only thing I can find is an A record. What is the problem and how to fix?

Thanks Yiannish for helping me to resolve this. The certificate didn't renew because the renewal process recently changed to night time only. Currently, we auto disconnect our broadband during the night to resolve AUS NBN issues.
