I need in a way sync my users that are in Azure into 3CX extensions. If anyone knows any guide or something like that can help me I will appreciate.

We have a tool for syncing regular Active Directory. It would not be difficult to extend it to Azure Active Directory. Contact me.

Hi, at the end I use the one with office 365, when you make the sync with azure it becomes the users in the Active Directory so it was very easy. Thanks to all

Do you have issues with the extension numbers after you sync? I did the same but don't see a means to associate an extension number to the user or change it in 3CX.

Import from Office 365, then export to csv, modify your extension numbers etc in the csv, delete all extensions on 3cx, import extensions from csv.

It seems like a good workaround for initial implementation. But, if you add a user in O365, you would still run into the same issue with extension assignment. Correct?

Yer, I disabled it after exporting the 500 users.I leave Calendar and Contacts enabled though.

Then upon 1 new user creation, I have a an extension I just copy and add them like that.

If I need to add more than one, I use CSV import.

The 3CX Office 365 Sync needs a bit of work but it is definitely very handy for initial setup.

Ok, thanks for the reply. Does anyone know what exactly the Sync is referencing for the extension number? I'm wondering if its UUID or something along those lines. It would, at a minimum, be kind just to change the extension number in the 3CX platform after the systems sync.
