Is there a way to create an alert if a system extension goes unregistered?

We've had a few systems where the voicemail system extension (9999) becomes unregistered. We have no idea it's down until the client gets reports from callers that they cannot leave messages. This is obviously unacceptable. All systems are fully up to date on v18 with updates applied.

Also, is there any other way to re-register these system extensions without a full system reboot?

Interesting, we had the same happen on a customer's system. That system also has calls getting stuck on the voicemail as well.

Hi @scampbell_adnet and @ConceptsWeb,

Can you check if your 3CX Services are up and running at the time? I know that having the IVR service down would cause this to happen, however your issue may be different. When you click on System Extensions, are ALL other extensions green and only the 9999 service is red?

In our case yes, only the VM 999 was unregistered but the IVR service was running. It re-registered by itself after a minute. And yes, all others were fine.
