3cx system with my3cx.us fqdn

[stechtn]

Is this hosted by 3cx or hosted by the old partner? We're moving away from the partner and we're hoping to not reinstall EVERYTHING from scratch, so if the my3cx.us can't be pointed to a new ip then how do you do that?

that's just a 3cx FQDN, can be used onsite, self hosted, or 3cx hosted.

Realized it updates 3cx domain automatically when we install it.

you have to release it from the license key prior to install if you want to change it. requires logging into the license portal to do. if that key isn't in your control, your partner can brick your system (though that's not a good look for them). if you're looking for a new one let me know.
