3CX taking focus when incoming all answered

Hi

We have an issue when we receive a call 3CX seems to highlight the text in a third party application. This causes a problem as the user might not realise and can lose whatever was previously typed as its highlighted then pressing another key overrides the unsaved text.

Does anyone know a way to stop 3CX doing this?
