3CX Tapi Driver crashing

Hi 3CX Support,

if I install the 3CX TAPI driver on a terminal server the phone and modem service is crashing. The TAPI driver isn't working. Somebody has experience with 3CX TAPI drivers on Windows Terminal Servers?



I cant also not open the configuration/settings in the system settings:

is a customer pc and i cant give you access. do you have any idea for the problem?

Try setting REG_DWORD parameter TSPLogEnabled to 1 in the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\3CX\3CXPhone for Windows

Then try to access Phone and Modem in the control panel.
Please, locate and provide the following files (via PM if they contain private info):

1. "c:\ProgramData\3CXPhone for Windows\Logs\3CXTapiSP.log".
2. %temp%\3CXPlugins_install.log
   
3. c:\ProgramData\3CXMultiLineTapi\3CXTAPI.ini
