Our customers would like to use ESTOS Procall with 3CX. I've installed ESTOS and the TAPI Multi Line driver on a new Server 2019 machine. Procall can see the lines I've set in the drivers INI file, but it reports them with error.

I'm wondering how the TAPI Multi Line driver can locate our 3cx server? I've setup the 3cx app for my own line, but i'm not sure the TAPI Multi Line driver interacts with it.

Windows Dialer shows an internal error if i try to dial my own mobile phone with my own line.

3CX TAPI works with the 3CXPhone for Windows client. So you install it in the client machine, and not in the 3CX server. So, when you ask 3CX TAPI to make a call, it will send this request to the 3CXPhone for Windows installed locally. This needs to be configured with the same extension number you configured in TAPI, otherwise you will get an error.

I've attached a screenshot of the driver's setting file, the Apps settings (with my extension) and windows dialer. From my udnerstanding everything should be set up correctly but the dialer shows "internal error" if i try to call anyone.

Does the multiline driver have a log file or windows eventlogs that might help me narrow down the problem? Maybe this file?

"c:\ProgramData\3CXPhone for Windows\Logs\3CXTapiSP.log"

You should check the logs from folder "C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\3CXPhone for Windows\Logs", particularly the file "3CXPhoneForWindows.log".

Please note that you need a PRO license to use this feature.

Do you mean i need a pro license to use the multiline driver or to use the log file? It seems i only have a standard license.

In any case, the installation manual for multiline could use a "Prerequisistes" section that lists the license and App.

What do i do if the customer has 4 Terminal Servers? Can in install the multiline driver on each of them? But i can't isntall ESTOS on more than one Server, so i guess it won't work.

Yes, you need a PRO license, otherwise TAPI will not work.

3CX TAPI must be installed on the client machines, where you have 3CXPhone for Windows installed. There is no way to do this in a different way.

Is there a different way than multiline for third party applications to adress 3cx? Some members mentioned uacsta?

If your third party app runs in a browser, you can use the click to call browser extensions we provide:
https://www.3cx.com/phone-system/click-to-call/

CSTA is only to control a phone in CTI mode, it's not something you can use to control 3CX.
