3cx Teams Integration query

Hi All - I am looking at building a 3cx instance and integrating this with Teams. My question is if there is an issue with Microsoft Teams, preventing calls from being answered due to an issue with the on Microsoft's side, is there a work around such as allowing calls through the 3cx web portal or desktop app or are these limited to Teams only with the integration enabled?

Yes, it's just another sip endpoint at the end of the day. Whilst i've not used the teams integration, i imagine this is possible.
