Hello Every one.

i have a Cisco 2951 that connected to ISDN service and provide a SIP gateway for my freepbx server. this scenario is works fine, inbound and outbound call works together without any issue.

i try to change the freepbx to 3CX, i was change only the IP address on cisco router to map to the 3CX, and configure the 3CX with the right configuration but the call was rejected immediately.

any idea to troubleshoot this case.

This is the current configuration that connected with freepbx:

You might try using the 3CX Activity Log, to see what errors 3CX shows, on an outbound, and incoming call. That should provide a clue as to what might be wrong.
thank you for replay, i actually try this, but there is no log make sense

Well, the log might not make sense to you, but if you post it, it may make sense to someone on the forum.

On outgoing, it should show a dialled number sent to the IP of the gateway, and some sort of response.

Is there a log on incoming? If not, it may be a network issue.

What does the gateway (trunk) datafill look like in 3CX? Is the gateway local to the server? If not, then that will be a problem.
