Hello,

3CX 15.5 PRO

One of my SIP providers is changing his infrastructure. Due to that IP addressing on providers side is changing.
Old settings were pretty straightforward - single trunk IP that was the SIP and RTP.
New settings state that Provider will have different IPs for SIP and RTP
For example 192.168.0.50 for sip and 192.168.0.60 for RTP.

How do i set this up in trunk settings?

This should not be something of concern, as the SIP invite will include the IP where the RTP stream will pass (as contained in the SDP part).

You don't need to do anything at all on your end

Thank you.
I confirm that RTP stream that is coming from a different ip thank trunk ip is not a problem.

Just remember to allow it on you router :)
