3CX trunk to Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)

Hi, new to the board and to 3CX. Very nice package and look forward to learning more.

Currently I'm evaluating 3CX (7.1 free version) and since I've been a long time network engineer using Cisco products, I'm looking for some guidance and configuration examples for setting up a SIP trunk between the 3CX system and a Cisco Call Manager so that calls can be passed back and forth to Cisco gateways and phones registered to the Call Manager. If it is possible, are there specific versions of Call Manager that you must have (4.2 preferably). Do you have any configuration examples to assist?

Further, is it possible to set up the same between a 3CX system and a Call Manager Express system?

OK, looks like i have the SIP trunk up and running to the Cisco CUCME (3845 w/PRI to PSTN). However, when I attempt to dial an external phone number on the PSTN, from a 3CX registered phone using the PRI that is attached to the 3845 CUCME, the dial-peer hunt fails. If I dial from a phone registered to the CUCME, the call succeeds. Here's the logs from the 3CX and debug from the router. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?
