3CX Tunnel / Session Border Controller

Hi Guys,

My 3cxsbclog is full with errors.
I did some research but I can`f find the meaning / cause.

Does someone know why I see these errors?
What does it mean? What can I do to stop these errors?

THere are two reasons you might see this:

1. You have ring groups and at times two people will pick up at the almost same time. This error happens for the person who was a few milliseconds late and got dead air - no audio. So - its an annoyance but not a problem.

2. Your firewall is blocking RTP ports.

Our problem: lost sound after 30 or 60 seconds. After 10s sound return.

Hello @PreHack

What version PBX are running? Is it a windows sbc or linux? Are the phones behind the SBC up to date with the recommended fimware? is this causing you a specific issue?

I'm running 3CX 15.5 on Debian and have a Windows SBC.
My Phone is a Yealink W56P with firmware 25.80.0.15 (seems to be the latest). I have audio problems, most of the time I can't hear the other side, everything else seems to be normal.


Update: Changed SBC to Debian, seems to work perfectly fine.
