3CX Update

Did something change in the way 3CX update notifcations works? I'm at 15.5.15502 and had always shown additional updates at the top of the dashboard. It now says I'm up to date all the time even though i'm a couple updates behind.

This has been asked on the forum, you are running windows version which can not do an update due to a new service required

In order to get v16,

1.you need to backup the configuration - move backup to none 3CX folder.

2. uninstall Ver 15, reboot system

3, install ver 16, using the backup from step 1

If you are indeed on a Windows installation, then note that major versions are done manually as explained above. Once you are on the new version though, the service packs under V16 will be done via the management console as you were familiar with in V15
