The SSL cert for our *.3cx.us domain expired yesterday, so today all our web client users receive the "Your connection is not private.." warning in their web browsers.
We had switched from a private domain to a *.3cx.us domain about 5 months ago, and have not had any issues with the SSL until today. It was my understanding it would simply update automatically.
Our PBX is on Windows Server 2019
Looking at the log files in C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs I'm unable to find any "ssl" or "cert" warnings. Is there another location to see what may be causing the issue with the certificate?
What steps would anyone recommend to track down the issue and resolve?
Thanks,
