3CX v14 sp3 alert for download

I have receive in my 3cx system the alert for download , build 49169.513

Yes, same on both my installations.
Both are on the "Free" licence so should *not* be able to be be upgraded, but on my "test" instance I was able to upgrade to SP3 without issue.

I do hope this isn't a mistake, as it makes sense to be on the latest version for security reasons, even if free.

I'd love to upgrade, but not before I know what has been changed/fixed/added.

And I can't find anything about SP3 yet...
