3CX v15 don't forward DTMF when internal.

Hello,

Situation:
3CX v15
Phones
Door stations Axis

Goal:
Call Door Station, push DTMF code, open a gate.

Problem:
When a extention is extern, the DTMF codes are send to the Door Station
When a extention is intern, is seems 3CX server is not forwarding the DTMF tones.

We do a lot of configurations, codecs, phone devices, BRIA apps, .... same result

Try to change the extension Options for your Intercom to let PBX Delivers Audio..

It may also be a DTMF setting that has to be changed (one end or the other). In many cases, a SIP message (of the DTMF tone) can be sent, and that will work. Some devices, on the other hand, want the actual DTMF (audio) tone, which may require a settings change. Some Codecs don't handle DTMF audio very well, especially some low bit-rate Codecs.
