Good morning everyone

We are using 3CX with version 16 on premise and a Gigaset N670 IP Pro to connect our mobile devices (older Siemens/Gigaset C47H devices).
We upgraded from a Gigaset N510 IP Pro recently. With this, every mobile devices worked fine

However with the new Gigaset, the mobile devices is not ringing at all. It seems to be provisioned correctly as I can make calls with the device, internaly and externaly. When I call an extension within our office, it shows the correct extension in the 3CX application.

Does anyone have had a similar issue?
Thanks in advance,
Pierre

Is the N670 local to the server? If not, is it behind an SBC, or using STUN?
Check the 3CX Activity Log, right after a call attempt. Does it show that Invite being sent to he correct IP and port, of the device? Is there any sort of error shown? Does the caller, hear the call continue to ring. or does it go immediately off to voicemail?

Good morning
The N670 is local to the server. We use both softphone and mobile devices. Softphone rings on this extension but the Deskphone doesn't.
The N670 is set up the same way in 3CX as the older N510.

Is there a way to check the activity log with the invites sent to the IP and port as you mentioned? I am not able to find this setting in the 3CX Dashboard.
Thank you!

You should be able to go to .. 3CX Dashboard > Activity Log

Good morning

the activity log shows the following entry when I make a call from the device in question to an external number:
05/08/2020 11:34:40 AM - NAT/ALG check:L:164.2[Line:10001>>XXXX] RESPONSE 200 on 'INVITE' - some of SIP/SDP headers contain inconsistent information or modified by intermediate hop Media session IP ('c=' attribute) is not equal to the SIP packet source(IP:port): Media session IP: 217.0.4.197 Received from: 217.238.104.192

Hi,

You have to consider the possibility that those handsets are not fully compatible with that base according to the Gigaset datasheets:

Good day John
yes we did. I thought I'd give it a try and as its working to make external calls, there was a chance to get this working.
Seems that we have to go and get a compatible handset then.
Thank you !
