Hello,

Updated from 15.5 to 16 this evening. All Yealink T46S phones currently running firmware version 66.83.0.55, but being told they're out of date. Expected this with the upgrade.

When clicking on a device, and clicking the firmware button to upgrade to 66.84.0.35, nothing happens. The phone is never contacted, never reboots, nothing. Anyone else run into this? I'm not seeing anything in the logs either.

I updated mine on RC and it was fine. You don't mention how the phones are connected to 3CX. Also nothing will show in the activity logs other than unregister/register. You'd need to wireshark it.

Good point, I didn't mention connectivity. All LAN phones local to 3CX initially provisioned via PnP, nothing's changed since.

After hours I'd re-provision all the phones to make sure they get the latest setttings/templates. I've had struggles in the past with firmware updates over STUN/SBC but local LAN usually works right off the bat. Rebooting the phones would also likely do the trick.

Okay, for whatever reason, the daemon on port 80 was not listening correctly after my install of v16 and restore of backup. The phones were trying to pull the firmware, just with no success. Uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed, restored backup, and all is well.
