Are you trying the URL from a different PC or the one 3CX is installed on?

edit: Also, try the URL over both http (port 5000) and https (port 5001) to see if you get a different result.

Hi All, after trying everything and i gave up and reinstalled the debian distro, but the provisioning problem still remains. outgoing calls work fine incoming ring and go straight to vmail, i can provision the app using the code and make calls using the webapp. and receive as well, I also upgraded the Yealinks from their website apparently the have a firmware for just 3cx. but no avail, i am attaching some screen shots some help would be really handy right now
