3CX V18.0 Update 8 (Build 935) activation failed

Hi everyone, I have a self-hosted system, V18.0 Update 8 showing error message as follow:
license_error.HttpsErr_InvalidTrustedStorage

Hence on the dash board, it shows activation failed.

I also realized that both IOS and Android APPs are not ringing while calls arrive, any suggestions please?

You will need .939 or later to activate.

Thanks Steve, so do I have to reinstall to update to .939 or later？

It won’t update? You can contact customer service but that was the general suggestion at the time. This is for 8 which was replaced shortly thereafter: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v18-u8-final/

The notifications are linked to the active license key.
