I have a problem on 3CX On Premise V18 939. From the weblcient admin portal I set the office hours for a group by setting in the office from 08:30 to 18:00 on break from 12:30 to 14:00 then from 12:30 to 2pm should calls go to the break destination?

Hi there.
So in your inbound rules now, you will need to send the call to that Group in order for this to work, and then you configure your group destinations for In office, break time as well as out of office.

I configured 3 different office break and out of office destinations. but the destination of the break is not carried out obviously office hours I set from 08:00 to 18:00 break from 12:30 to 14:00, the break is an interval of office hours. In the old section of the V18 management console I have emptied the timetables and I attach a print screen

So, it does not work?
Did you send your call in the inbound rule to your Group where you have all that routing?

The break route is not executed so calls from 12.30pm to 2.00pm continue to follow the office hours route

Yes, but is the call in your inbound rule is going via the Group, as an example below :

No it wasn't set up that way. So basically I don't set times in the "old times and holidays panel" I forward the trunk to the group and manage the office, closing, breaks and holidays times from there.

In V20, however, when you assign the DID to the resource, in this case the department associates it automatically,

A thousand thanks

So V18, you have inbound rules setup for the forwarding, in V20 its destination that will have DID.
Right now since you are still in V18, you must send the call to the group, else the system will not know about it.
