3CX V20 Custom FQDN

Dear 3CX Teams,

Regarding to my 3cx, I would like to customize FQND, first I tried to backup using command:

sudo -u phonesystem 3CXBackupCmd --file=partial_pbx_backup.zip --options=CH --log=/var/tmp/pbx_backup_cmd.log

Then I make reset 3cx by this command:

sudo /usr/sbin/3CXWizard --cleanup

After that, upload old backup file to 3cx, but not working like below


So relate to this issue, how we can check?

The backup contains the FQDN so you cannot change the FQDN while restoring a backup. You would need to release the FQDN from your subscription and re-install the PBX from scratch.
