I am facing a strange problem at present: several users complain, that the mobile number they have added to their account is missing out of nowhere. noone is deleting it, its just gone and the field empty.
we did not encounter this problem with v18.
i thought, it may be related to m365, so i ensured, that the mobile number is also entered (without spaces) in entra id.
any one else having this problem or , in best case, already found the reason ?
