3cx V20 new users grayed out

I have 3cx Version 20.0 Update 4 (Build 472 Alpha) but i face some issue like all new users not shown to other as available but grayed out only and can download recording but can't play direct with play on phone option , even though they can make calls and make their profile available to others

Enable the notifications in the users browser to register the extension
