3cx video call

Anyone tried the video call? what are the configuration need to be done for video calling?
if i use 3cx softphone nothing happened. if i use x-lite if i press the video it gives me an error failed to start video.

yes, we use video calls.
Everything is work fine.
Check your video codecs.
Try to establish videocall - (3CX Phone - 3CX Phone)

I already tried video call using 3cx to 3cx in the same LAN doesn't work. Even i use x-lite to 3cx i get failed to start video.
i can't see any logs regarding the video calling. so i don't know where to troubleshoot. do you know how to troubleshoot this problem??

I also get the video stream will be received on 192.168.xxx.xxx:40000. no video port provided by remote party.when i browse debug in 3cx softphone. anyway to fix this? i think this port is not to be port forwarded right?
