3cx Voicemail Backup wav file format

Trying to listen to backup of voicemail, from zip backup of 3cx server. The file is in .wav format, but won't play. I've tried importing with audacity with settings: 16-bit PCM mono with 8000Hz. I've tried a couple of different settings and all I get is static. Is there a setting that will allow me to listen to the voicemail?

Do you have compression enabled?

Management Windows -> Recordings -> Quota (Button) then last option

Alternatively, I would simply try to open with VLC or Media Player Classic
