We have 3CX Enterprise, latest version, using UM with Exchange 2016 (on prem.) People can leave VM's for users, but when people record new VM messages through 3CX the default Exchange message is still played regardless of what is selected in 3CX.
A user can have their custom message (recorded and played back successfully through 3CX) selected in all VM pull downs and still hear the default greeting from Exchange.
This was working, but SP6 may have broken it. Anyone else seen this?
