3cx Wallboard loses figures

We have an issue where everyday around the same time our wallboard goes blank! The figures disappear totally.

I have restarted the wallboard service and still nothing. Restarted IIS and nothing????

Any ideas anyone?

Hi there, see if disabling firewall on client and server you experience the same issue, sockets could get closed after idle.
