3CX Wallboard Stats not resetting

We have a customer with a queue. The stats are set to reset at 6AM every morning. However, it seems that it is hit and miss with the stats getting reset. I have checked the time on the server and it is correct. Manually resetting the stats works fine. Is this a cron job that does it? Is there somewhere I can look to see why it is not resetting? Linux VM on Hyper-V

Follow up to this we can see in the reports the stats are reset but the wallboard does not reset
