3CX web app not working for Calls with Airpods Pro 3

I have connected my AirPods to my Computer and the sound works fine. I have gone to the setting and selected to use my AirPods on the web app. I can hear the dial tones when I dial but not the call audio. my air pods work fine with the app on my phone.

AirPods 3 plain, or AirPods 2 Pro?
Because there doesn't seem to be a 3 Pro..


Also what computer and what OS version please?
