3CX Web Client login/out of Q

hi,

we have agents setup with multiple queues.

Is it possible to login out of ALL Qs using the Q button or it only logs in./out of Q on active page?

I want to enable this for queue manager to set agents Q status and for agents to b able to log in and out of ALL queues and not just individual ones via Web Client...

There are several ways to login and out of a specific queue. Default the Q is for all queue's but
once you logout of a specific queue this will not work anymore.

Well i guess if they are using the Web Client it will default to individual queues. This is frustrating and can get out of sync. I wish i could override this behaviour to Global Queue Login/Out via Web Client.
It gets too complicated for agents and managers otherwise who do not require such a feature.

The Q button does log agents in and out of all queues unless someone explicitly logs someone out of the queue.If that happens then this will work for all other queues except the one the agent was explicitly logged out. If managers do not explicitly log agents in and out then you should not have this issue.

The cleanest way to globally log out a different extension is through the management console.
