Hello,
We use the 3CX webclient to control the Softphone (Yealink T54W). We use this method because our users work through an RDS server and we cannot attach a headset directly.
The problem is that when there is an inbound call comming to the queue, the user cannot make an outbound call while the incomming call is ringing. This means someone has to answer this call before any agent in the queue can make an outbound call. The message we get from the webclient is "trying". This Queue is for a call center, so this means an agent sometimes has to make outbound calls while there is still someone waiting in the queue.
When we select "webclient" instead of "yealink t54w" it all works fine. I already tried 3 diffrent firmware from the ip phone, but it didn't work.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
