3cx webclient v20 issues

Since we upgraded to version 20 update 3, the webclient shows a lot more extensions than before. It shows our classroom extensions, which had never been shown before. The classroom department, which has been set for years, is configured not to publish. Is there another setting that needs to be enabled or disabled not to have our classroom extensions being published to all of our users?

The classrooms also show in my 3cx desktop client as well.

Is your extension a member of this department as well? Or if you are a system owner you will be able to configure what the users can see cross department.



Tweak your users accordingly.

@NicolasP_3CX, my extension is not a member of that department. My extension is, however, the system owner. I have attached my view permissions, and I modified my permissions last week to not show anything for the classroom department. I have also attached a classroom extension, and it's view permissions.
