3cx Webmeetings does not work

Dear All,

I would begin to use 3cx WebMeeting, but does not work.

At the begining, i get "missing: yourname" and Missing : log in

My FQDN is : pbx.northwind.com

FQN Webmeeting : pbx.northwind.com

MCU Webmeeting : webmeeting.3cx.net/

Must i made a DNS redirection from Webmeeting FQDN to weebmeeting.3cx.net ? Or the fqdn is right (same fqdn from main pbx and webmeeting fqdn ?)

With port must be open for Webmeeting ?

Yes, i know. The pbx work since 1 year... (28504 calls)

I see the webmeeting using 443, is already open.

This is why i search where i made something wrong, maybe like DNS FQDN name ?

Hi @IT_VBO,

Backup with no license or FQDN and download your backup file, Re-install using your license and backup and this should repair the issue.

Please remember to include everything else in the backup so you don't lose any recordings etc
