3CX with Audiocodes 310HD IPPhone

Hi!!!!

I'm replacing the PBX of a client, it used Asterix, now I have installed and configured 3CX with all the extensions.
Everything is working perfectly except for 20 Audiocodes IP phones, model 310 HD.
The extension is normally authenticating to 3CX. Can receive calls and speak with excellent quality, but don't can make calls, either external or from extension to extension.
When dial an extension number, "busy" appears in the display of the phone and the busy tone.
In 3CX nothing appears in the log. The only records are successful in the extension registration.
I did some tests monitoring with Wireshark the IP of the phone and see what appears when I try to make the call:

I've looked into this error 603, and it's related to call rejection.

Since the phone is not supported and we have no template for this i cannot be sure of the configuration required to get this to work. From the response of the PBX however i would assume that the invite sent to the PBX is not structured correctly. Compare the Invite of this phone to an Invite from a supported device and see the differences. Or better yet use supported devices to avoid having to manually configure devices and be fully supported.

First, thank you for responding!

I understand that this device is not homologated, but I really need to configure it because there are 20 phones and it would have a reasonably high cost to replace them, I want to leave the replacement as the last option because all of them are working without any defect.
I have already compared the settings with a Fanvil X3S (manually configured) and basically they are the same.

If anyone knows how to solve this, I'm still waiting ...
