3CX with Rocket.Chat ominichannel for Contact Center and VoIP integration

I wonder if I need to have a formal authorization from 3CX to start an integration with the Rocket.Chat platform?

I would like to have 3CX as a customer for the voip and call center solution integrated with other Ominichannel tools.

Is there a group on the 3CX dev forum? I would like to know if there is any dev material forAP consultation

There's no dev materials, no API and no support for this. 3CX do their own integration.
