3CX with Virus?

Hi all

My 3CX Desktop App just got blocked by the Defender since it found a virus in the application:



So I tried to reinstall it, with the same result:




So I uploaded the Setup-File to VirusTotal, they also detected some ugly stuff...





Do I have to worry about it?
