Hello,
I'm a home user who switched from 3cxv10 to v15.5 (on Linux).
A problem that I managed to solve in v10, has come up again and I don't find the solution anymore.
Incoming calls (through landline) arrive on the "operator's" phone. After a few rings the incoming call is automatically forwarded to a ringgroup named "incoming calls", which rings a number of other telephones in the house.
On the telephone displays we read now: "Landline incoming: incoming calls".
How can I remove the name of the ring group "incoming calls" from the phone display?
I managed to solve this in v10. Now I'm desperately searching in all options but I don't find anything.
Our telephones are siemens optipoint 410/420
thank you for your help.
