3cxBackup.exe does not produce a file

It would seem that the backup utility is not creating a back up file. It runs and gives no feedback. It just comes back to a command prompt with no response. Any ideas?

Hi, can you look in the windows event logs for any errors? and post them here if any

It sounds like you are trying to run the backup from the command line. Can you provide an example of the switches being used to invoke the program?

Start Menu > All Programs > 3CX Phone System > Backup and Restore Tool
