I just installed the 3cx PBX version 9. I think i configured everything correctly. I'm able to do internal calls between the extensions and external calls to other PSTN numbers. But when I'm calling myself from a normal phone or cell phone to the 3cx softphone version 6, the line just ring indefinitely. When i click on answer button it says connected but nothing happens. The phone i am calling from never stops ringing even though the softphone shows connected message. Please help me. Thank you.
