Hi,
I know that the 3CXPhone for Mac does not support the CTI mode, but do the 3CXPhone for Mac support the “MakeCall” mode?
I have install the 3CXPhone for Mac on a Mac and when I start a call using “MakeCall” the deskphone (Yealink W52P) won’t be called from the 3CX Phone System.
The call will only be made directly from the Mac.
When using 3CXPhone for Windows and the same deskphone, then there are no issues, it is possible to make calls.
3CXPhone for Mac/Windows use the same credentials as the deskphone.
3CX v12 SP6
3CXPhone for Mac v1.0.42
Thank you.
