Hi,

I get the error :

Could not access VBScript run time for custom action.

Screen shot attached.

Googling reveals this link which seems to indicate that vbscript custom actions should be avoided :

Hi,

After googling your issue ( Could not access vbscript for custom action ) i found the following:

This is pretty much the same procedure for anyone who is getting this script error on any program.

Just followed both options mentioned here and still get the same message "could not access VBScript run time for custom action". Any of what it could be?thanks

I cannot help you directly - installer's issues are beyond me - but I suggest you a workaround:
3CXPhone - at least the latest Beta 5 - is fully standalone. Therefore, if you have it installed on another machine, just copy its installation folder from there - usually C:\Program Files\3CXphone - and paste it on any convenient place on your Windows 7. To "uninstall" it later - only delete its folder.

OK, in this case is mine :mrgreen: So, in which way it doesn't work? You cannot run it/start it/register it? Do you get any error message box?

I can't tell you much more regarding Windows Script errors.
This link here seems to work for every single other person out there but not you :mrgreen:

Could you re-visit it and make sure you did everything correctly?
