Hello,
I am new to 3cx, we currently run a Mitel that I intend on replacing with 3CX and Fanvil X210-V2.
I am wondering if the following would possible....

Parking Call...
1. Press 'Park Call'
2. Call is parked to next available space i.e. SP4
3. Load speaker activated.... User announces over loud speaker, 'Parked Call on 4...'
4. Hangs up

Retrieving Call...
1. Other user press 'Retrieve Call'
2. They enter '4'
3. Call retrieved

If that process isn't possible, can you provide details on what this functionality looks like. I want to try to keep it as close as possible to what our end users are accustom to.
I don't yet have phones for testing, and currently running the free version but will be upgrading the paid version.

The loud speaker move is not possible. For the rest, use BLFs, they work great.

Just curious, how do you activate the loudspreaker in the current setup?

It auto-activates upon Parking a call, it's an option when setting up the Call Park.

Thank you for your reply.

Are you saying it can be done with 2 BLF buttons (Park & Retrieve)?
Or do I require a BLFs per parked call spots (SP1, SP2, SP3...SP10etc....)?
My preference is 2 only consume 2 BLF buttons.

One BLF per SP.

You can set another BLF to speed dial a speaker extension, or a page.

There might be ways with Call Scripts or API to get the full behaviour.

We have a solution already built for this exact solution. It will say something like "Joe, you have a call in park location 4". We can help. Each new call is placed in a separate park location.

I would be interested in hearing about your solutions..

So far I can Park to SP# using individual buttons i.e. Memory Key > Call Park > SP15 however, that would consume a bunch of buttons. My preference is we press Call Park, it it finds the next available Slot and displays a message to the person parking the call so they can make an announcement. Do you know whether Call Scripts can do this?

I have the Retrieve part working already. I was able to accomplish this using Fanvil's Dial Plan feature. I am able to press a Retrieve button, then manually enter the slot number i.e. 0...99. So if I can get a button to Park to the next available slot and display the slot # with a Call Script, I've got a viable solutions.

DM me. I got a script for this. It parks it and speaks the park number that it chose. Haven't tested on v20 but I'm sure it still works.
